Order Confirmation

A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order needs authorization. We begin preparing your order immediately after it is verified. With this sort of time frame, it makes it difficult for us to change or cancel your order, however, we will do our best to support your request.

Processing

It usually takes 1-3 business days for your order (while some items may need 3-8 business days). We will send you an email if the processing time takes longer than expected. 

Shipping

We offer Free Shipping on order over US$49 with economic delivery. For express shipping please choose the shipping method at check out page.

In normal, we will mark your parcel as a gift and the parcel will not be charged by custom. When the local custom need the COMMERCIAL INVOICE, pls contact us by email: cicicloth@gmail.com
